Privacy, in plain terms.

ActiveMotion is a services company. Customer data stays in customer environments. We do not train shared models on your inputs and we do not sell any personal data to third parties.

Limited information submitted through our contact form (name, email, company, role, message) and account information for registered users (email, full name). We use this to respond to inquiries and to operate the account features of this site.

Contact form submissions and account records are stored in a Postgres database managed by Supabase, with row-level security enforced for authenticated routes.

You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@activemotion.ai. We aim to respond within five business days.

This page is a summary of our current practice. Formal agreements governing specific customer engagements (DPAs, BAAs, etc.) are issued per contract.
